A FREE Storyboard Editor for Film & Stage
If you are like me and find yourself doing a lot of different media tasks, one tool that really comes in handy when working on video, live or recorded programming schedules or Flash movies is a good storyboard editor that allows you to compile a scene-by-scene mock-up of your entire project. I came across celtx by just doing some digging. It’s a free and quite powerful application that has all the necessary pieces to make it a valuable part of my application arsenal.

Animated DIV’s Made Simple
This entry by Harry Maugans is far and away one of the best examples of animated DIV tags that I’ve come across. It was so easy to use, I integrated it into one of my recent projects and the client LOVED IT. If you are looking to add some AJAX animation to your site, this is a page you’ll want to bookmark for quick reference.

This site [ popuri.us ] is a great (and simple – I love simple) site that helps you see an overall picture of how well your site is doing using the various tests available from the major ranking players. These types of stats help you see what you’re doing right…as well as see what you may need to tweak in order to do a little better.
